Due to disruptions to public transport, the walk for Saturday 25th January has been postponed to the following week, 1st February. Margaret will lead a walk from Rothesay starting around 10am from the Discovery Centre today, Saturday 25 January.

Walk for Saturday, 1st February 2025
Four farms - 9.45am bus north from Guildford Square to Ettrick Bay. Walking from Ettrick Bay via Drumachloy, Achavoulag and Scarrel, this walk is over farm tracks with views over Ettrick Bay from the ridge. Some rock art may be seen along the way. Some easy hills, it will be muddy. 5 miles, easy, led by Barbara (07412 447676).

Walk for Saturday 18 January 2025
Walking from Mount Stuart via Cnocnicol wood, the Moor Road and Loch Fad via the West Island Way to Port Bannatyne. 9.45am bus from Guildford Square south to Mount Stuart. 7 miles, easy, led by Barbara (07412 447676) and Marion (07791 903956).
