Skeoch Wood and Ardbeg Point 10am from the Discovery Centre to walk through Skeoch Wood and along the promenade to Ardbeg Point. Either return by bus from Ardbeg, or walk back to Rothesay along the promenade. 2-3 miles, easy, led by Barbara (07412 447676).

South End Loop 9.45 bus from Guildford Square to Kilchattan. Following West Island way out to Glen Callum bay then up Tor Mor before cutting down to St Blanes chapel and returning to Kilchatten via West Island way. Moderate walk with a bit of ascent up Tor Mor. About 7 miles/ 3 hour plus walk, led by Peter (07925 464035).
