Loch Fad to Port Bannatyne Meet 10am at the Discovery Centre to walk to Loch Fad and follow the West Island Way to Port Bannatyne. Return by public transport. Bring a picnic. 5 miles, easy, led by Barbara (07412 447676).

Walk for Tuesday, 28th October 2025
Rothesay to Craigmore 10am from the Discovery Centre to walk along the shore to Craigmore and return either via Skipper Woods or the shore. 3 miles, easy access, led by Barbara (07412 447676).

Walk for Saturday, 25th October 2025
South End Loop 9.45 bus from Guildford Square to Kilchattan.
Note change from the route advertised in the programme. Same travel arrangements, 9.45 bus from Guildford Square to Kilchatten, but we will be doing South End loop with a diversion up to trig point on St Blanes Hill. At present forecast for Saturday is good. Moderate walk, about 6 miles/3hour walk, led by Peter (07925 464035).

Maids of Bute Meet 09.30am at Chapel Hill car park for car sharing. Contact the walk leader in advance to ensure a place in a car, to walk to the Maids of Bute along the shore return the same way. Leader - Harry (07801 946643).
